AFSCME Local 52 Anchorage Chapter Members
The Anchorage Chapter Executive Board is soliciting letters of interest from members in good standing who may be interested in serving on the Anchorage Chapter Executive Board in the capacity of Treasurer until the next regularly scheduled election in December. Your Anchorage Chapter membership will rely on you to handle the financial matters of our Chapter. Duties of Chapter Executive Board members are described in Article V of the Anchorage Chapter Bylaws, which may be accessed at http://www.anchorage52.net.
A statement of interest for the seat, describing your interest which should include your skills, abilities and knowledge pertaining to this very important position and why you would like to serve in that capacity. Your statement should be faxed as an attached maximum one-page document to the Chapter President Dawn Bundick by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, January 31, 2012. The fax number is 907-277-5206.
Following receipt of all statements of interest, the Chapter Executive Board will vote by secret ballot to fill the Chapter Treasurer position at the next E-board meeting, date and time to be determined.
